These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the SchoolBudi website, application, and services.

By accessing or using SchoolBudi, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SchoolBudi is designed to support student wellbeing through simple daily check-ins and calming tools. It is not a substitute for professional advice, safeguarding procedures, or direct adult support.

SchoolBudi is intended for use by schools, teachers, and pupils within an educational setting.

Schools are responsible for ensuring that staff using SchoolBudi are authorised to do so and that pupils use the service under appropriate supervision.

You must not use SchoolBudi for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm the service, its users, or others.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

School staff accounts are created using a valid school email address and an approved SchoolBudi code.

You are responsible for keeping your account details, including passwords and invite codes, secure.

Trial access codes, such as TEST-123, are valid for the period stated and may be limited to one trial per school or email address.

SchoolBudi is charged at £30 per class per academic year, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Discounts are available for full school bookings and will be confirmed at the point of purchase.

All fees are payable in accordance with the invoice and payment terms provided to the school.

Use of SchoolBudi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Agreement.

Schools remain the data controller for pupil information entered into the platform. SchoolBudi processes this data only on the school's instructions.

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through SchoolBudi are owned by or licensed to SchoolBudi.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.

SchoolBudi is provided as a supportive tool only. We do not actively monitor individual student submissions in real time and we are not responsible for safeguarding decisions made by schools.

To the extent permitted by law, SchoolBudi will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.

Continued use of SchoolBudi after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
