Headteacher or admin — signing in for the first time

Step by step

   Choose how you'd like to start

   From the home page, pick 'Start Free Trial' for a week's free access, or 'Sign up here' to set your school up and pay straight away.

   Fill in your school's details

   Your school name, your name as the contact, roughly how many classes you'd like to use, and the email address and password you'll sign in with.

   Agree to the policies

   Tick the box confirming you've read our Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Each one opens in a new tab if you'd like to read it first.

   You land on your school dashboard

   This is your home base: today's check-ins, requests to talk, class and whole-school trends, and your school settings.

5. 5

   Find your school code

   Your dashboard shows a short school code. Teachers need this once, when they create their own account.

6. 6

   Add your classes and pupils

   Create each class, then add the children's names — you can paste a whole class list in one go. Each child gets their own PIN.

7. 7

   Invite your teachers

   Enter your teachers' email addresses and SchoolBudi emails them the school code and a link to sign up.
