Signing up for the trial, and subscribing
How the free week works, what it costs, and how to pay when you're ready.
Step by step
Start your free trial
Choose 'Start Free Trial' on the home page and set your school up. You get a week of full access — no card needed.
Use everything during the week
Add classes, add pupils, invite teachers and run daily check-ins exactly as you would on a paid account. Your dashboard shows how many days are left.
Subscribe when you're ready
Open the Billing page from your dashboard and enter how many classes you need.
The price updates as you type
£30 per class per academic year. Enter five or more classes and it drops to £25 per class automatically — there's no code to ask us for.
Pay by card
The card form opens on the same page. Once the payment goes through, your school is subscribed for the academic year.
Changing the number of classes
If you need to correct the class number while the card form is open, choose 'Change number of classes' first — that creates a fresh payment for the right amount.

Good to know
- The academic year runs from 1 September to 31 July.
- If a school doesn't come back after a trial, pupil information is removed after 90 days.
